The 2 women working reception and technician duties were professional and very friendly, and especially helpful. I didnt get their names but they deserve recognition for their overall attitudes at work, it set a great tone.
LUIS, however was the MVP. He delivered a great customer experience, the process was not time consuming or difficult at all, and he didn't waste time over-explaining things when he knew I understood what he was talking about - 11/10, absolutely coming back.

He did not say anything untill I told him I can find them cheaper at eyebuy direct. Then he went to SUPPOSEDLY talk to his manager and then he told me about the special. I WAS OVER CHARGED 65 DOLLARS FOR ONE PAIR. BAUGHT 2 sets of glasses. Your staff is crooked trying to suck every penny out of customers. That 2 for 79.00 DOES NOT EXIST.

Stanton optical or Stanton automotive?
I just went in for reading glasses and saw their 2 for 80 deal. I felt like I was at a car dealership instead of a optical store. The up selling, the time wasting, offering financing ,cheaper alternatives and same day service. Once I said I will pay for the exam and get my glasses elsewhere, then all of a sudden the 2 for 80 deal was offered to me, but of course my frames and lenses were out of stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I go to pick up my glasses and they are way too strong because they added the recommended .75 addition to each eye. I told them it was too much and feels too intense. I was told to give them a couple weeks and I would get used to it. I already got a different pair of reading glasses elsewhere, minus the .75 addition, and they are absolutely perfect. Feels like my vision is corrected and not looking into a telescope. Never coming back here again
