Service was excellent and staff were awesome, the wait was long however. That being said, I think it was just a busy week and not normal, the staff was doing everything they could, again great folks. As for pricing, the glasses were not cheap, but they were ready super fast and the exam was free with the glasses.

There was no doctor and I needed a…
There was no doctor and I needed a prescription that only an Eye Doctor can prescribe for me. I found this out after I waited over an hour for my appointment that was scheduled. I then paid $300 for a pair of glasses that were covered under my insurance, which doesn’t make sense to me to begin with. I will never be coming back. I will not be saying anything nice about this to anyone else and if it’s up to me, I will let everyone know never to come to your establishment and I will never come back ever again. Either y’all need to let people know that you do not have a doctor on site and on top of that that you can’t give out prescriptions because a primary care doctor cannot give out prescriptions that an eye doctor is supposed to give out so now I’m just screwed for another year because my insurance only covers for me one I visit with an Eye Doctor once a year so now I got a wait a whole another year before I can see an eye doctor to get a prescription that I need and to get new glasses I was extremely unhappy with my visit. I was unhappy with the fact that you have so many openings for appointments, but yeah, I was stuck waiting over an hour for my appointment. What pisses me off as if I didn’t have insurance I could’ve got two pairs of glasses for less than what one pair of my glasses cost, which doesn’t make sense to me at all.
