I love my glasses,stanton has always been Mom's choice but now I see why.They have glasses with good qualities.

Everthing was fast smoth and the glasses are amazing the prom

All the employees out there are very liers even the manager I have got a deal buy one get one free I choose the both frames and I paid the money for both pairs and at the end when I go for pick up they changed their words and they said you'll get only one pair we told you at the beginning which non of them said that too me if they'd say that I'm not a stupid to claim for two pairs and they said for the other one you have to pay another $200 they all liers trying to steel your money never do business again and I don't recommend this for anyone I'd recommend to go to the Walmart vision center not to this store

They lack friendliness. They're arrogant. When they texted me saying the glasses had arrived, I called and the woman who answered hung up on me. And when my daughter went to pick up the glasses, she says they treated her with disgust and when she asked for the piece of cloth to clean the glasses, they wouldn't give it to her... no kindness whatsoever.

The staffs are really nice, professional and fast. Thank you team.

I want to know why frames and scripts so high especially after insurance …seem like you charge more if using insurance vs cash paying I got 2pr of glasses for 515.00 dollars smh and then no one called me to let me know they were in .

When I went for my eye exam and to choose my glasses that was a 5 star experience the lady that help me that day was so nice ! Once I picked up my glasses the first pair it was an ok experience. I got a text saying my glasses were ready and when I got there, they were not ready. I had to wait 10 minutes for my glasses to be done. When I picked up my second pair of glasses on April 4 I didn’t get a call or a text. I called myself and they let me know that they were ready. once I got my eyeglasses I saw that they were dirty. I asked three times if they had a wet wipes all three times I was ignored. She looked at me like I was dumb!! she took the glasses from me and checked. She’s like I don’t see anything on them. I told her I might be blind, but I see that the glasses are dirty and I’m just trying to make sure that it’s not on the lens then she’s smart answered ,it’s not on the lens. Again, I asked do you have the alcohol wipes and she says we don’t carry them they mess up your lens. Which I told her I paid a lot of money for them. I don’t care if it messes up the thing is I had to ask her three times until she finally answered that they didn’t have them there. When I walk away, she tells me that I have to sign papers. I signed them and then she offers me the spray. Why could she have not offered me the spray the four times that I asked for the alcohol wipes instead of looking at me like I was dumb.

Customer service was great

I had issues at first but I see why they say to wait two weeks now. My issues smoothed out and I learned to adjust my glasses to fit my face better. The crew was helpful as much as they could be.

Your people at the store at South Cooper Street in Arlington TX don't know how to take care of business. I called corporate and the person at the other end hanged up on me as I was trying to tell what happened in the store.I will never purchase anything from this business. I told your associate that I didn't want an A I to be my I doctor. But he didn't listen. He promised for my grandson's paper to be done by 1 week and it took almost 2 weeks by your doctor for my grandson to get his permit for driving.
