We are very happy with the engineer he politely explained the reason for his visit checked and tested the stair lift and applied intended work he did an excellent work.
I recall on the day we explained we were v busy with mum and her nurse he understood fully, respected our environment and completed the work timely.

My mum got her stair lift two years ago , every engineer we have had , have been terrific, clean caring and we have no trouble with the lift .

The service engineer who has been…
The service engineer who has been coming to the property for some years is great. He is always helpful and cheerful, and efficiently completes the job. A big thank you to him.
I have to say however, that this is the second survey I have been asked to complete and there is an element of being hassled over the whole affair. I am very happy to do one but would prefer it being limited to that in future. Maybe you should sort out which is more important.

The salesman
The salesman, fitters and the service man were excellent and would recommend Stannah to anybody. It is easy to use and takes away te risk of falling down the stairs.

Had stairs lift serviced recently. Engineer arrived on time,was very helpful and did a good job. This is typical of the excellent service I have had from Stannah from the first survey re installation up to the present. A first rate,reliable company who look after their customers.

The Engineer was polite and patient…
The Engineer was polite and patient with our Resident. He installed the chair lift quickly and efficiently and spent some time ensuring our Resident understood how to operate the chairlift. She was delighted with the service.

Vicky Yule did a really good job giving all the info we needed and carefully ensuring that all details of our stairs was logged and what the options were. Brian, the electrician did a clean job of disguising the spur and left no mess. Richard and Lewis installed the lift, explaining everything we needed to know and carefully tested the stairlift before leaving taking all the packaging with them. I am delighted with my stairlift. The only surprise was how much I needed to bend my knees to not trigger the safety feature, but this is probably because I am due to have knee surgery soon and will not be able to bend it that far for a while!
