Stantons Solicitors where recommended from my previous family solicitors whom were no longer offering family law advice and I can’t thank them enough. I contacted Stantons as I needed some very important documents notarised, concerning the Probate matter with my mother's Will, and sent back to Australia. It was a very stressful time for me. Claire handled everything professionally and her knowledge and guidance helped me enormously. The fact that Claire and her assistant Carol were easily contactable with swift responses also made matters much easier for me whenever I had a query. I was quite nervous before my appointment but Claire completely put me at ease and everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Claire and Stantons and would definitely use them again.

We needed a document to be notarised and sent to Spain. This was proving to be difficult, due to various complications. Claire provided a very thorough and professional service, with excellent communication throughout. Absolutely great service. I used Stanton's over 8 years ago and once again this year I called on their services. The service from Claire Grylls was truly professional as I expected. The matter wasn't straight forward but Claire kept me informed every step of the way. Hopefully I won't need a solicitor again but I would definitely return to Stanton's if I did. Didn't feel I was listened to. Initial call was "give us £650 to review what you have" after a worryingly incorrect understanding of the issue at hand was regurgitated back to me. Then they decided they could not help me by email communication the following day after I had travelled for several hours round trip to share paperwork that included history (much of which they had previously seen when used before), they declined my offer of a 10 min chat on arrival with the paperwork (to highlight the key 2 bits of paperwork to focus on), then after refusing to pick up my case (by email) they IGNORED my call the following day where I requested for a helping pointer regarding any potential options or applications I could make myself as they had declined the work. A cold experience unfortunately in a moment of need. 5 minutes of kindness is never forgotten ❤

We needed to update Wills that had been made 15 years ago at a different firm of Solicitors. We had heard of Lori Harley’s vast experience in Wills and probate work at Stantons and we were not disappointed. Lori is very knowledgeable and thorough and we are very pleased with the outcome.
