Never received my item. When trying to contact customer service, the reply is a template email telling me contact my neighbors (that I noticed other reviewers have mentioned). No contact phone number. I believe this site (company) is a scam operation and there was never an intent to deliver the purchased item.

7weeks and still no order. I could have swam to spain in that time period and I can:t swim. very disappointed

The item exceeded my expectations .

I ordered on May 18th. The tracking number took me to 2 different companies. Maybe that’s normal. I sent email to Standpointi support. On June 30th I got an email that package had arrived on porch , nope! I said I want either a refund or replacement. Email back said to check with family or neighbors. Really? Feel like I was scammed. Never again . If their a reputable company, they would honor my request, We will see.

Hanger is made of plastic, poor quality. It took too long to receive.

I didn’t know the seeds were coming from over seas. And there aren’t any instructions on planting the seeds.

The pants I bought were ill fitting and the cheapest material. The inside fabric was bright white while the outside was a dark color. Everything about their product was awful. When I tried to get a refund, they kept jerking me around and refusing to return my money. I went through all the steps to get a proper refund. I am still waiting.

The clips are only good for 1/2"-5/8" curtain pods and only if they are light weight fabric. Let the glue cure 24 hours before putting weight in the clips.

The item was not as advertised. Way too small. Took to long to get here. When they say United States then that’s where it should come from not Germany

Took too long to ship. I did not know it was coming from another country.. So as far as getting a good product guarantee, there isn't any.

I did not like the product as it is too small for American made curtains whose rods are much rounder in diameter.
