Got the items, nicely packed, and the t-shirt was of great quality. They did miss an item in the first shipment, but Scott Wardell from Standert replied promptly and dispatched the additional item, well in time before I left Germany. Great service by the team!

the standert pfadfinder is a really great bike, fast and responsive on tarmac as well as on gravel.
with a height of 190 cm and a stride length of 93 cm i ride a 60 cm frame height and feel very comfortable on the bike. It should be clear to anyone with taste that emerald rush was chosen haha.
advice and service from the standert team in berlin were excellent.

I just Comment on the Service here, The bike is very good and it Came very fast.
Sadly the Service, Communication, Organisation and Consultation was very very dissapointing. It seems Its More important to be cool, and a Little misorganised,instead of beeing helpfull of offering good Customerservices….Since Ur bikes aren‘t exactly cheap i think improvment on that topic would be very good to Safe Quality on all levels!
So Sorry to say that if i would Not Know a Little about bikes myself and that your bikes are good Quality, that shop experience and Lack of Communication, misorganisation would Not have convincend me to Buy From u Guys.

I asked them a couple questions and they answered me the next day, so, really fast.
I had a problem with the size selected, because i bought a bigger one, and they changed it quickly.
I received the right size with no problems.
The package protect the bike really well.

It was worth the wait.....
Unfortunately due to bad timing with Standert moving offices and warehouse, my order went from 4 weeks to 11 weeks and I had to chase them up for updates which is the only reason for dropping a star.
However, The bike is fantastic and I love it. A bike I will keep forever and eventually hang as an ornament when it needs to be retired.
In a world when we are used to having everything as soon as we want it, its now hard to wait especially much longer than expected for something you really want. But it does always turn out well, because it is worth the wait, and this bike certainly was worth that wait.
Be sure to buy Standert, buy all of their bikes and frames and you will never be disappointed with the bike between your legs. That I guarantee.
