Good communication. Delivery was on time as expected.

After the wait period as per quote and order, the bike arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition.

„Erdgeschoss“ is a super stylish steel frame bike with high quality components. You can see the care and attention to detail in composition and assembly and this bike definitely draws envious looks.

The bike gives a smooth riding experience on streets as well as gravel. The geometry suits me well (chose the frame size in accordance with the website guidance).

Looking forward to many years with this companion.

I ordered in November and there were some issues in primary delivery with my bike as the correct frame size was not available. Still, Standert managed to find a very good solution for me. I always had the feeling that solving the problem to my full satisfaction was their goal. Can highly recommend buying there.

Nice-looking, snappy frameset (Kreissäge). Unfortunately, the paint started bubbling on the lower end of both seat stays (around the drainage holes). Wrote the guys at Standert about this, but initially I did not experience a lot of willingness to help me on this (however, see UPDATE below!). I understand that paint damage is not under warranty, but in this case the damage is clearly the (secondary) result of another (primary) issue, i.e., corrosion. Great bike, but at this price-point for an aluminum frameset, Standert could have been more forthcoming...

UPDATE (1 Feb 2024): Following my review, I was promptly contacted by Tom from Standert, who offered me a replacement frame to address the issues I had mentioned. What initially was a disappointing experience turned into a positive and satisfying one as Standert demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate their prompt response and the effort they put into (re)establishing a trustworthy customer relationship.

I am not a local, but I traveled to the Standert Shop to check out the bikes. Service is excellent!!! No one rushed me into something I don’t like or need. I left the shop without a bike or order, but with a good impression about the KREISSÄGE RS. Couple nights later I pulled the trigger and emailed Standert because I can’t live without a KREISSÄGE RS. Couple weeks later I picked up my KREISSÄGE RS. They offered me to come back after a couple of rides/months to inspect everything, slam the stem… I am a very satisfied customer.

Standert had the frame it advertised, and shipped it well within the period mentioned with DHL. They paid the Swiss taxes instead of the German. So, they did what they promised.

Great attentive service by the team, from handling initial queries to later the sales process and delivery. Frame currently being built, and excited to ride soon!

The chainsaw is an awesome bike. It purrs like a kitten and rides so well. The first few kilometers are behind me. And as with all bikes, there's nothing to complain about. The internally routed cables are a great solution and everything else is just as I imagined it would be.

I'm looking forward to lots of gravel kilometers in the mountains and valleys :-)

Such a cool bike! Super easy to do the last assembly steps and then get riding!

I have ordered a frameset earlier and this was my second order. The promised delivery time is still not fulfilled. Promised 6 weeks and truth is over 7 weeks (50 days). You really need a logistics guy.

Good bikes though. I think great brand as Standert need more polished website too.

Receiving the bike was a breeze. All of the components were installed and setup was easy, and I have potatoes for hands and very little mechanical acumen. I think someone even bedded in the disc brakes, not sure, but they have never squealed!
Oh, and the bike itself is just a hell of a lot of fun. It is by far the most snappy and responsive gravel bike I've ever ridden.

I am impressed by the service and the quality of the Standert team. I ordered a standert Kreissäge rim frameset and all in all it was a really pleasant experience. The Team kept me up to speed with the process of the frameset. I am also really pleased with the quality of the frameset. The paintjob is excellent, all functional surfaces (such as the BB and Headset) are faced. Every thread is excellent. It is a dream to build the frame up. Overall just a really good product. Would definitely recommend it

Frame arrived undamaged with everything in a reasonable amount of time. Also fast response from customer service regarding shipping of my order.

Even got a decent gift from them after contacting them due to a delivery delay and the fact that the frames had gone on sale since then.
Always got a response, super friendly staff!
One little problem with my Kreissäge was that the included screws for the inlays (for a mechanical group set) did not fit inside the inlay near the back derailleur. Was lucky to have a screw in my tool box that fitted.

I bought an off the shelf ex-display pfadfinder. The bike is great as expected. shipment was fast and bike well protected. The customer service was good and promptly resolved a little issue in a proper way.

Great service and 100% recommended to anyone looking for high quality race and gravel bikes without wanting the standard off-the-shelf stuff u see everywhere.
I bought a Kreissäge Disc and am more than happy with it! Also the delivery of the bike (it was already complete in the shop) took only 5 days (thursday-tuesday) with really good wrapping, no worries what-so-ever about the bike getting damaged.
