James was honestly amazing. I reached out because I’d accidentally initiated a cash out and was a bit stressed about it, but he handled everything so smoothly from start to finish.
He was really friendly, clear in his communication, and most importantly, got the issue resolved super quickly. I just removed a 5 star review from here that I left because your support team was amazing, and attentive.
But it seems your chain of command isn’t great… as that hasn’t been my recent experience.
During the Stan Dare To Post challenge, I had a minor slip-up with time zones and posted 30 minutes late one day (but was still within the pre Daylight Savings time window).
I was assured, and re-assured by support after lots of back and forth that despite this, I’d be eligible for the reward at the end of the Dare To Post Challenge.
Posted for all 30 days, within the time proper time window for 29/30.
Tagging the brand.
Yet it reaches the end of the challenge, and I receive an email saying I’m not eligible.
I appeal…
Another one.
Appeal again…
Another one.
Not good enough Stan.
Don’t lead people on like this. Be better next time, please.

It's a really solid website and a one-stop shop. I would appreciate it if the phone number information would easily integrate with Zapier/Twilio though. It doesn't transfer for some reason.

I’ve had a positive overall experience using Stan Store to set up my online shop. The platform is very user-friendly and made it easy to get up and running quickly, which is a huge plus for small business owners and creators who want something streamlined.
That said, there are a few limitations—especially on the lower-tier plan. I did find myself needing to upgrade in order to access the features that made the platform fully functional for my business needs.
A couple of specific drawbacks: I wish the favicon could be customized, as having the Stan Store icon remain makes it harder for brand recognition when multiple tabs are open.
Overall, I can absolutely see why Stan Store is so popular—especially for beginners or those looking for a simple, all-in-one solution. It’s a great starting point, with a few areas that could be improved as your business grows.

I was locked out of my account after changing my email address and not being able to get into my old one as the second I contacted support via email, they were AMAZING. I had literally no problems. Arissa C was the first customer support person who helped me and she went above and beyond to ensure she could help me regain access to my account. Ipinmi A was the second customer support person who helped me and made sure that I got in okay. The level of detail and care I received was truly impeccable and I appreciate them.

The uploading process for even long and lengthy courses is easy, the design options great. Payment procedure is also spot on.
