These folks seem utterly incapable of listening to their customers. Before I purchased a rocker type stamp I called and spoke at length to the fellow that answered the phone. I described what I intended to do and why. He responded that it seemed likely to work and we both agreed that there could be no guarantee. When the stamp arrived, someone had taken it upon themselves to upscale the size of my image making it unusable for my application. I then called and spoke to someone else. I explained again what was needed and recounted my previous conversation with them. I was assured they would make it right with a replacement. When the replacement stamp arrived, it was now on a small flat mounting, not the rocker type that was specified and what I had paid for and again unsuitable for my purpose. The packing list stated simply no charge, too big. What the???? Anyway, It seems that you will get whatever they decide you will get, regardless.

Seems to be a well made stamp. The small letters are crisp and sharp.

They had all the customizations I wanted at a decent price. They also delivered the product quickly. I am pleased with how the stamps turned out.

I've been ordering engineering stamps from this company for many years (maybe 10?), and the communications have always been via email but the staff is professional, quick to respond, and thorough. I ordered one recently, and the Stamp-Connection representative caught the engineer number error on the information we provided. We needed to stamp a report within a couple days so this could have potentially caused issues with our client. We greatly appreciated them catching our error! The stamps have always been in perfect condition and high quality.

The stamp design process was very easy. My product was a small organizational seal for dues cards...so the stamp included a name, a year, and a logo. The choice of fonts was broad. The design template was easy to use for a circular format. Importing our logo was very easy and scaling it to fit the format was very easy. The order was delivered in under one week. The image is sharp & clear. I imprinte 110 dues dues at one time. After the first three cards the imprints were uniform in tone & clarity.

I purchased a book embosser, one which leaves an excellent imprint, better than I expected. Stamp Connection's customer service is even more impressive. They responded within hours when I sent them a concern on-line about my order and replaced the problem item within a week at no additional cost to me. I would order from them again without hesitation.

wow, we uploaded our logo design in under 5 minutes and we had a custom stamp for our gift bags and gift boxes in like 24 hours no joke!!!! We were amazed at how quickly the stamp arrived and how well it works. We were concerned that maybe the smaller text would not show up well but the stamp is cut really well and everything comes out clearly once we got the hang of properly applying pressure over the entire area as we stamp. We got the 4x5 large rocker stamp with black ink. Super impressed and this stamp was very affordable so we may get another one so we can take it with us to events. THANKS!!!! Highly recommend.
