Amazing service
After a shocking customer service experience at Halfords with them blaming my 10 year old son for his pedal falling off and the crank thread being damaged, they were unable to repair the bike and source parts for a brand they owned, I left and took the bike to Stamford Cycle Company to see if anything could be done. Daniel (apologies if I got your name wrong) looked at the bike and confirmed what I thought that my son was not to blame and it was most likely caused by the employee who built the bike (it was less than a year old). He said he would take a look and see what could be done. My hopes weren't high.
In less than 3 hours he called me to say he had managed to fix the thread and re-attach the pedal and had included some crank-locker to provide extra support. I was blown away and will value small independent stores more going forwards.
I cant recommend them enough
