Never received my order – no customer support available

I placed an order (#1975) for Stain Snap – On-the-Go (120ml) on July 17th, and the confirmation stated it shipped on July 22nd. I paid 125 DKK including shipping.

Unfortunately, I never received the product. What’s worse, the contact email listed on their website does not exist, so there is no way to reach customer support to resolve the issue.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service. At this point, I cannot recommend ordering from StainSnap.
