I have had a really great experience using this company. I bought a stainless steel curtain pole and fittings, very nice quality far superior and no comparison to diy store items. Pole was cut to my measurement and delivery was on the day I requested. Emailed Aileen back a forth a few times and always received a quick response. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Stainless Direct UK were incredibly helpful. For weeks I'd been unable to find a certain shape of stainless steel shelf brackets. I sent them what I was looking for and they fabricated it with no fuss. It arrived exactly according to spec in under a fortnight. Couldn't recommend more highly!

What an amazing company!
We needed a stainless splashback custom made urgently. A few companies we contacted said it would be several weeks to supply or didn't even get back to us.
I emailed Stainless Direct and within minutes had a reply from Aileen saying they would be able to make and supply within the week.
I ordered the splashback the same day. And 2 days later it arrived.
It fit perfectly and looks great.
Great communication and product and super price.

So I went to this company to see if the could make a special kind of cornice for my kitchen units ( bespoke) not like the one they have on there website. They first created a prototype, & asked me to come and see if its what I wanted? I've got to say nothing was too much trouble for these guys. From Starr to finish they were outstanding. Being so satisfied with there work I ordered more things with them. They can do some amazing things with metal,& I don't believe there website promotes it well enough. You might want to contact them direct to see if they can help you? I would strongly recommend this company. Price is also very reasonable. Thankyou

This is the third time we have purchased from them - worktop protectors and plinths - and their bespoke service really is amazing. We were nervous about measuring our own plinths as the floor is so uneven in places but Aileen was on hand to help and advise, ensuring we had everything we needed. When received, unsurprisingly all pieces fitted perfectly - phew! On top of the exceptional service and quality of work, the value is amazing too - all in all making our DIY project easy and great value for money.

We have also had a few worktop savers from them, including larger ones. We did have a small issue with the courier causing damage but this was resolved instantly, with no quibble by the wonderful Aileen - again! This lady has the patience of a saint! And a big shout out to the dispatch/packing department who made sure the courier could do their worst but we would still receive our order in perfect condition!

We really hope Aileen is recognised for the way she has gone above and beyond. She is very attentive, reassuring, helpful and soooo on the ball!

Fantastic customer service, Aileen responded same day to all enquiries i had. I needed a 7mm MDF backed stainless steel splash back. Received quote and paid on line. Kept up to date from order received and order dispatched. Made the order late on the Tuesday 30th July and received product 9.30am Monday 5th August, which was 3 full working days from order place to order delivered. Very high quality and it looks amazing. Highly recommend.
