Dear Rachel,
Far from not replying, we sent an e-mail for each order showing that the status of the order was 'Awaiting Your Payment' - so for those orders you opted not to pay online but to send us the cost of the e-script by an offline method such as a bank transfer.
Generally, if people are expecting an e-mail and it doesn't arrive it's probably gone into their spam box and so we recommend that you check there. Did you receive the royalties quotation also sent to you by e-mail?
I've checked all our bank accounts and other payment methods and I can't find any offline payment from you.
We would have preferred an e-mail or phone call to our office to resolve this rather than a public declaration of disappointment, but you having opted for that, we have had to reply with our point of view.

I went to purchase a copy of Old Father Time and when I opened the file it was a different play. After realizing this, I contacted customer support and I got the correct play. Pricing is reasonable and there is a play for everyone. Tons of options!
