scam company.
i ordered in 2023 and I never received anything

Their email reply doesn't work, it keeps being rejected, so it's actually impossible to confirm how I'd like to proceed with an exchange. They refuse any refund, even for a serious reason. Which of course means not even an exchange - really bad practice. I will not buy tickets from them again. They could at least offer ticket insurance for genuine illness. The policy is totally unfair to those, and they could easily resell, there's still 6 weeks.

SCAM. Ordered through website, no issues or inclinations that there would be. Received confirmation email with invoice attached. Still normal, no concerns, until the item never shipped. Emailed the company, zero response. Will be speaking to my bank and reporting.

Taken my money but nothing has arrived. The phone line does not work and they don't answer emails. Will have to try to get a refund through my bank. They need to take down their website.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has closed down yet they’ve kept their website up and allow orders to be placed with no intention of sending off the product. I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

paid for next day delivery about early last week and still no delivery. have emailed them numerous times with no reply. site needs to be taken down. SCAMMERS

Paid for my order and next day delivery!! Still nothing!! Nearly ruined Halloween!! This site should be shut down!! Good job I paid with PayPal as I’ve reported them and want a full refund!

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered product well over 2 weeks ago. Received an email confirming order being processed. Not a peep since. Have emailed them, filled in their online form too. No response to either. The phone number on their website is no longer valid. They just take the money and disappear!

ordered 22/06/23, still not received. not reply my emails. website is still active today (01/09/23). I will report to Action Fraud.

Wish I’d looked on trust pilot before I ordered. It seems after December 2021 they stopped sending out the ordered goods. I ordered on July 7th, no answer on phone and e mails ignored. Just like everyone else…..

I ordered 19/6/2023, it's now the 1st July. No items received, no reply to my emails or phone calls. Please don't use.

Oh how I wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered.
I placed my order on the 12/06/2023 and it is now the 28/06/2023 and I have not received my items and had no response to multiple e-mails and attempts to call.
Absolute scam, you will not receive your order so please don't make the same mistake I did.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The make up I ordered on June 11th has not arrived although the credit card was charged instantly. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
I wonder if they actually exist or is it a scam company.

I placed an order with Stage-door.co.uk 17 days ago and it has not arrived. I have called them multiple times and no reply. I have left voicemails and sent 4 emails, no reply. I have asked for a refund, no refund has appeared. Stage-door claim they use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. If this is the case, the consumer receives an email/text from Royal Mail as soon as they are in receipt of the goods so you can track your order. If you haven't received such an email/text, the goods are NOT on their way. DO NOT be fobbed off by this company. Legally they are obliged to fulfil your order.

the responses posted by the company here are lies. Charged me 74 pounds for a sculpting armature. After delivery was never received I called 3 times about a refund and was fobbed off everytime.. please don't buy from them so this scamming company can go under!

Absolutely horrendous company avoid at any cost!!! Ordered a primer on the 26/04/23 and been chasing my order/refund since. Sent emails but no reply. Got through over the phone and spoke to an elderly gentleman who promised a refund will be issued as the item is not in stock. Called 3 times and get told the same every time, refund being issued, absolutely disgusted by the service. I will be reporting to trading standards aswel as to bank!

I ordered a concealer which never arrived. Called them twice, first time spoke to a gentleman who didn’t seem to know anything about my order but he assured me he would pass on my query, second time I rang no one answered the phone so I left a message asking for a call back. This did not happen. I have also sent two emails with no response. To date the concealer has not arrived nor has the refund I requested. I am very disappointed in the lack of Customer Service especially as the company quickly took my money. I am now going to speak to my bank to see what I can do to get my money refunded. I would not purchase from this company again.

Ordered 2 items on the 31/12/22 which I'm yet to receive. No confirmation email and no reply to two emails sent regarding this. Am I going to have to chase up a refund with the bank?
