Placed an order in the beginning of april, still waiting for it to be sent. Contact via mail goes really slow, have send multiple e-mails the last two weeks but no reaction. Payment has been done for quite a long time now, please contact us.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your previous emails and phone calls. This is certainly not the experience we want to provide our customers.
I have looked into the matter for you. We originally shipped your package on April 10, 2026. Unfortunately, the package was subsequently returned to us by the courier. Regrettably, we cannot see the exact reason for the return, but something must have gone wrong during transit.
Yesterday, June 2, 2026, we issued a full refund to you. The funds should appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
Regarding your second order from May 7, we completely understand your frustration, but I can see that it was delivered on May 15.
