The bins were delivered and picked up without issue. And they were so much easier to use than cardboard boxes. They weren’t as clean as I was hoping they would be. The estimating tool they have online worked perfectly.

Love this company!!! You can’t beat the convenience of having boxes dropped off at your doorstep before moving, and then picked up after! Plus no tape, no mess, no work. So easy to close and open. Will definitely use them again when we move and recommend to friends and family.

Easy to schedule delivery and pickup dates. Fast, friendly service. It was even super easy to extend when we had a last minute change of plans. Would highly recommend for anyone planning to move in the near future.

I rented bins to move in 2024. I wish I remembered the company's name because it was a very positive experience. I can't say the same about Stack for the following reasons: 1) The previous company provided a variety of sizes, which is important for heavy items like books. Stack only provided one size and they make it very difficult to look up the dimensions. 2) The bins smelt and a few had dried brown gunk in the corners. I never once had the impression I was using recycling bins with the previous company. It's not just because their's were red and these were green, but because the single size, smell, and dirt definitely solidified the impression that the customer's moving experience isn't a primary concern. 3) The price of leasing these bins increases exponentially after 7 days. Previously, I paid $350 and had the bins for several weeks. My final bill with Stack was about $294 and if I had reserved them for even a few days past 7, the price came out close to $500. 4) They sold my personal information to moving companies with aggressive outreach. On check out you can select an option to receive information on furniture disposal and instead I had several moving companies repeatedly calling, texting, emailing me, and the only business I spoke to on disposal services didn't even have pricing or process information available to share. They wanted to show up look at the items and then give their price (not very professional to say the least). In conclusion, I paid a premium price for an inferior product, the inconvenience of a limited amount time to pack, and had to undergo what I can only describe as predatory business-getting tactics from multiple businesses. I think everyone's accepted that things are more expensive, but this company's standard of service falls short in every category and the investment is impossible to justify. $300 to pack your life in someone else's old recycling bins, without the convenience to start packing ahead of time, or a variety sizes, and they're making extra money selling your information, is not what I would call a positive experience.

It worked out! I needed more than the recommended though for our home size and wound up buying some boxes. Overall though, pretty seamless and saved on waste tremendously!

The boxes worked as expected and I like that they included labels. The representative who dropped them off and picked them up was friendly and helpful.

But the communication is abysmal. Stack claims they’ll call you the day before pickup and drop off, but that didn’t happen for me. They called me an hour before arriving to drop off the boxes. And they did not call me at all to schedule a pick up. The guy was just here at 8 in the morning.

I need to be able to plan my days when I’m moving. There’s so much going on. This failure to communicate was a big let down.

The process could not have been easier. They dropped the bins off (with dollies) right to our front door. We rented for two weeks to give extra time for packing & unpacking. When it came time to pick up, they were incredibly communicative about arrival time. I love the environmentally friendly nature of this business, we literally did not use a single cardboard box for our move. Plus the bins are so much more sturdy than cardboard anyway. On top of all this, I came across a coupon the day after I paid for the rental and they honored the discount and reimbursed me right away! Will not hesitate to use again and tell all my friends!

I thought this would be a good idea for a short move. Literally just to an apartment a few blocks away. I gave myself a couple days to load the crates but when I went to start loading, I realized the crates were dirty. There's dog hair and crumbs in every bin. They said they'd have someone reach out to me, which has yet to happen, but I have to start packing so I'm having to vacuum then wipe down each crate before packing it up. Totally defeats the purpose of me throwing all my stuff in at the last minute and will now have to take a day off work because of all the added time. Total waste of my money. I would've been better off buying boxes and packing them up the last couple of weekends like I normally do when I move. A lot of added stress to an already stressful time. I do not recommend. **Edited to add I ended up with the bins 10 days over the time they said they would pick them up (so far - they are supposedly picking them up today). They are taking up a lot of space in my small apartment. I'm hoping my situation causes them to get a new distributor in Portland because whoever they are using now is TERRIBLE.

Such a great service. We saved on having to purchase over 50 boxes and instead spend less on great sold stackable bins. They were great at communicating for drop off and then pick up. Would recommend Stack to everyone who is moving anything

Stack was a great experience, easy to receive and easy to return. For a 1 bed the 25 crates you may need more, but its very easy to pack and it makes things go very smooth.

This was great, no cardboard to get rid of and the drop off/ pick up was super easy.

I moved a few times from west coast to east, the easiest move I had was my recent one with the stack! They delivered the bins and picked them up right on time! No hassle no garbage, loved the service and great customer service, and very easy to deal with! 100% recommend to use their servuce

We were moving and struggling to find free boxes to move. We didn't realize how many retailers no longer provide this to customers. After seeing an ad for Stack on IG, we decided to give it a try.

Here's what we loved:
- It was so much easier to pack and organize our belongs
- Much easier to stack them on the moving truck
- Unloading was a breeze
- We were able to load and unload much faster.
- The price was reasonable and well worth the headache of finding cardboard boxes.

What could have gone better:
- The local company who delivered the bins was terribly late. We were given an hour time block only to receive them 2 hours later.

Incredibly seamless experience from begining to end. Kudos to the straightforward, sustainable and affordable business model. It made my move as seamless as it could be. I can't recommend them enough!

This was a good idea. The container were all the same size. They got rid of the trying to find a box issue. The dolly isn't all that useful except to move around the empties. The fact that this made it easier for me a single packer to pack and unpack helped a lot. The fees are a bit steep. They should give you a free week...or even two weeks on the rental instead of just one week. It made it difficult for me only having a week to get it unpacked especially since I had to do it all by myself. The labels helppppp so much so you can put the container in the room in which it came from originally. And everything gets closed up and protected.

The ads are no joke, we hadn’t moved in awhile but Stacks made it so easy. Tubs were dropped off, made the move simple. Movers even commented about how easy it was for them to move everything. Tubs were picked up when originally set up. If I had one critique and it’s small, a couple of emails in the middle would have been great, but concept is awesome and very helpful.

Such a GREAT idea. Using Stack was an easy process from start to finish. We rented bins for our move for 2 weeks. The movers loved it and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend
