While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. At Stackkly, we take our Renters' and Hosts' concerns very seriously, and we understand how distressing it must be for you to find your vehicle missing.

Firstly, Stackkly.com, neither owns nor manages the Partner facilities. To provide some context, your reservation at the facility ended on January 12th, and we reached out on Jan 12th to confirm whether you planned to extend or terminate the reservation. Upon receiving your confirmation that you did not wish to extend, your reservation was officially terminated on Jan 12th, and you were notified via email. We understand that you were unable to retrieve your vehicle on Jan 25th. On Jan 25th, we were notified by the Lot Manager that the Lot has been closed out. In all likelihood, the vehicle might have been considered abandoned and moved temporarily by the Lot owner to accommodate closure logistics. Note that while your reservation had already ended 2 weeks ago, we are still actively working to assist you in locating your vehicle despite it being beyond the scope of your agreement.

Regarding your claim about paid reviews, we would like to unequivocally state that Stackkly.com does not, and will never, engage in such practices. Any suggestion otherwise is both untrue and deeply concerning to us, as it misrepresents our values and commitment to transparency.

We remain committed to helping you resolve this situation to the best of our ability. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly so we can work together to gather additional information and assist in locating your vehicle.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address this matter.

The yard and the location is well built with gravel terrain, the sweetest part of it all is the affordability. You can park more than two trucks at low cost. I wish the management and their staffs welldone job.
