Bullied to accept less
After 101 emails and over 2 months, I finally received $180 back after spending $330 for two hideous dresses. This has been a nightmare, and it does not end with the dresses. I just received a call from my bank that this company tried to hack my account. No shock here. The company processed a refund to a card that I told them was no longer active, because it got hacked when I made my first purchase from them. Both dresses were unwearable. I requested a refund the first day I received the dress and even purchased a second dress as an act of faith. Boy was I a fool. They took me for a fool. They negotiated throughout this whole process. They refused to give me my money back and basically told me if I returned the dresses, they were not responsible if they go lost in the mail. The company is not in the UK, it is in Hong Kong. They do not have a manager, a phone number, or good customer service. The only way I was going to receive a refund was if I took down my first review. After my account just got hacked and I had to change my cards once again, I do not care how they feel! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNETHICAL SCAMMERS!!!! I have pictures of our conversation if anyone wants to see them.

1.Please do not use the signature service when return. We recommend that you use the unsigned-for delivery service so that the parcel can be delivered to us or our mailbox directly even if it is not during our working hours when delivered. Because the delivery time of the signature service is random. If the delivery is not made during our warehouse working hours, the parcel will be taken back to the post office as no one signed for it.
2.Please provide your courier the same information as we provided, it will influence the signature if the receiving information inconsistent.
Any shipping charges or customs and tax that may occur on the return is paid by the customer.

Thanks for your reply.please do not worry, of course we accept requests for standard size returns, but considering to reduce the return cost, time and energy, we provide available advice to customers before return dress, just hope to reduce customer's loss.
About the return, the shipping cost is paid by the customer if there is no problem with the dress. So we suggest you keep them, we are willing to remake a new dress for you for free, you can choose any another dress style, and we will also apply $20.00 refund for compensation. Do you accept this?
Because if you insist on sending it back, the delivery is unstable and have some risks, including to the lost, damaged and tariff. If so, you will lose a lot,even we can't receive it, which means we can't refund for you. Hope you can understand. If you insist to return, please let me know.
