Stablepoint's customer service continues to be exceptional and responsive.
I'm just in the process of migrating all of the websites I work on from a previous host - that's a complex task and the support team have really helped with their "unlimited migration" offer.
Working with a new (unfamiliar) platform is always daunting and they have digitally 'held my hand' all the way. There has been no down time and, when things didn't quite work as expected, there was help to make adjustments. I now have sites running faster with many inclusive benefits I was paying extra for with my old host (one of the main reasons I moved - that and the way they appear to treat their staff with a work-life balance and commitment to more eco hosting.
