We've had a great experience working with SSP Hats. The product quality has been consistently excellent, the ordering process is straightforward, and deliveries have always been reliable. Their range of products is impressive, and we've found the prices to be competitive for the quality provided.

We Recommend SSP Hats!

We discovered SSP many years ago and have never been disappointed in the quality of the goods!

They have always maintained a fair pricing structure even in a difficult economy,

They have always provided a straightforward friendly helpful and personable service over the years - great customer service!

Had three deliveries now of faulty…

Had three deliveries now of faulty hats. First ones were sent back and I received more faulty ones in their place. The next order had a whole batch of fault and as I didnt notice for a few weeks they refused to return these despite the evident faults. The ones I previously returned I was initially given credit for but no refund. No apology or offer if any other resolution. I wont be dealing with SSP again!
