Talked to Henry about changing the date…

Talked to Henry about changing the date format on the website to DD/MM/YYYY instead of the default MM/DD/YYYY.
Apparently that functionality hadn't been implemented to the website, so I asked if I could raise a feature request for it.
He created a ticket and raised a feature request for me himself, gave me the ticket number within minutes.

Price was a factor in deciding to work…

Price was a factor in deciding to work with them. When I ran into trouble with the installation of the ssl certificate on my subdomain, they were exceptional in patiently guiding me through the installation process. Kudos to the support team especially Alex.
