I've had a good amount of experience with SSL247 in the past months and the level of service has been second to none.

All staff I have spoken to are courteous, well informed and always eager to help, even turning round a couple of issues in less than an hour.

Needless to say, I'm impressed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact, I have done just that today.

We have been with SSL247 for a number of years now and they have always provided an excellent service, especially our account manager Anna. Nothing is every too much trouble for her, so much so that when I needed a new certificate in a hurry, Anna made sure I got it.

I have also had the need to get it touch with their support dept, who guided me through my problem, to resolution, in a swift and professional manner.

My experience with SSL247 was great! Daniel G was very professional, polite and quick in responding to my requests. In one case, I had provided the wrong common name for one of my certificates and they were able to sort it out in matter of minutes.

I had to get a last minute certificate, which had to be signed by a particular certificate authority - this was provided in minutes by Dan.

When I had issues (due to me ordering the wrong certificate), they provided a free trial certificate for testing. Once I got everything set up correctly, they re-issued it for a year so there was very little hassle my end.

They will become our sole SSL provider from now on.

They offered what we needed, then delivered - what more can I say.

SSL247 provide a very personal service. Web portal is easy to use. Happy to recommend them.

Problems with certificate renewals not flowing from previous time window.
Online ordering process is cumbersome.
Products ordered by teelephone often not sync'd with the online system ending up with multiple instances.

Our Account manager Bhavik is always on tops of things and sorts out any requests efficiently.
