Ordered shoes and order kept saying in transit. The customer service phone was not in service and emails never answered. Shoes finally arrived as described but did take several weeks.

Unreliable seller
Unreliable seller. The item that I paid for was not delivered to me. I do not recommend using this store. I placed an order here 2 months ago, and the order was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 business days. The item was supposedly shipped after 3 weeks, but the provided tracking never changed status from 'Awaiting package'. After a complaint, I received a new tracking number, and after a few more weeks, that delivery was returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. The seller is dismissing my request for a refund.
