Contrary to other reviews, my experience with ssdstore was pretty smooth. At first I was a bit suspicious because of the reviews on here. I was surprised though -very good communication via email, they even called me to double check about the delivery slot. Purchased a monitor from them, delivered via UPS, very pleasant experience.
Item supplied not as ordered. Attempts to contact SSDstore have gone unanswered, phone AND email. Registered CompaniesHouse address is confirmed as accommodation address by building occupant.
Price isn't everything, do your duedil before engaging any supplier of goods or services.
Price possibly too good to be true. Almost zero coms on order. The ‘shop’ link didnt work for order status. The item 5600xt was listed as a ‘box set’ but arrived as a used cpu just in bubble wrap in an envelope.
Gives drop shipping second hand vibes. I would just pay the extra money. I have no ‘warranty’ no certainty. Just a gamble to save a few quid.
No response from company on the info email listed.
I ordered an item on 22nd September 2026. So far it's been 7 days with ZERO updates on my order. Their phone number rings out - 020 8058 7686 - with ZERO responses to emails. At £281.47, it's not a cheap item to get no updates on.
DO NOT ORDER if you want to be sure of getting the item!
Why no reviews of this store? It appears to have been going for a while. A search of the name shows others asking the validity of the store also.
Anyway google showed them when I was shopping for a new motherboard, cpu & gpu. Their prices were very good. Saving me about £100 vs other retailers. So they get a 5* for that.
Delivery communications is via the shop app & delivery was via rm special delivery before 1pm. 5*
I wanted to add to my order. Emails unanswered. Web contact form unanswered. Phone rings out. So a 0* for that.
I dread to think of the outcome if I have a problem or need to do an rma. However Im not marking them down for possible future outcomes. But will update the review if I ever experience this.
