I was very happy with the experience, the trainer and staff were professional and engaging, the process was clear, and I was made to feel comfortable. The admin and communication prior to booking was great and all my questions were answered. Id recommend SRP to anyone considering them for training.

Great experience! Last minute bookimg for the next day work. So glad to find such an affordable and efficient first aid course in London, my trainer was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the interactive session, learned everything I needed in the workshop, good times as well with a 12pm start. Happy to receive the certificate and pass right after passing the exam on the day. Fantastic experience!

I thought the training was ok but…
I thought the training was ok but unfortunately was no practical training for CPR as that is what I was expecting to do as I think it was needed for my sia top up training.

Thank you for your feedback. CPR Training was provided in the emergency first aid at work course that you completed, however, we did suggest you do the full 3 day first aid course incase you required a comprehensive first aid training course which covers CPR in detail.
