Their support staff was very helpful. When I called, they immediately knew what the issue was/why my fax was failing to send. They walked me through how to fix the issue and waited on the phone line with me to ensure my fax successfully sent before ending the call. Would highly recommend!

Trish was amazing
I suddenly went over my plan allotment and I called and spoke to Trish. It was a little bit of a wait which I never mind working in CS, but she apologized which was sweet and so not necessary. She was so great and a breath of fresh air at the end of my day. She made the process easy and upgraded my plan for me. She gave me pointers and a lot of useful info for my plan. If she were my employee I'd give her a raise for her positivity alone, but all the extra information was so great and I never would have known to ask about!

I called support this afternoon and…
I called support this afternoon and after two rings a human being actually answered. The person taking the call was gentleman by the name of Tanner and he quickly diagnosed my problem and found a solution. The entire event took less than 6 minutes of my time. SRFAX has a first rate operation. With any other vender, it probably would have taken 45 minutes with 30 of those being on hold waiting for an available representative and being told ever 20 seconds or so how important my call was to the vender.
