Tanner was terrific!! I am a 65 year old healer and therapist. Needless to say, I am not a particularly tech savvy client. I was too overwhelmed with elelments of my practice to figure out how to use the SRFax account I seldom use. It was a 50 second fix. I expressed my embarassment and gratitude to Tanner and his disposition and reassurance meant so much. There are a bunch of us who are more right brain than left out here. I so appreciate that SRFax has has the compassion and wisdom to 1) offer human phone support and 2) engage people like Tanner.

Tanner was wonderful
Tanner was wonderful. He truly knows how to make a customer happy. He was super friendly and kind. I literally have customer service PTSD due to an infinite number of very horrific experiences with customer service. I always expect to be treated very badly when I call a company for help. It was super refreshing and a big relief to have spoken to Tanner. I appreciate being treated like I am important. Thank you! Give that man a raise!

Trish, the rep who I worked with on a fax forwarding issue, was professional, personable and obviously skilled.
We were able to find the cause of our issue (not on their end) and we are working to resolve it on ours.
I would consider using their services elsewhere.
