My experience was great! Due to the speed of service! And my price of quote stayed the same after I told them I was going to call other companies for more quotes and they didn't pulled the " old saying" this price won't last subject to change if it's not locked in now..

I went for professional help and got suckered into a sale. I never understood my coverage I was paying for didn't cover my car. I would have never done that.

Well, the agent spoke to me in a form that worked best for me. Example, through text message vs email or over the phone. Then when I had follow up questions, the agent addressed them just as soon as he could and got me the answers and the information that I need quickly.
