The dumplings were great but it was a bit too expensive and we paid extra once it went to the country but the dumplings were good.
Try to work more on your customer service & giving right information when you talk to your clients. If a customer is ordering a bundle of 3, he is expecting to have different colors & not the same color. Be more efficient to ur client

The product ordered was Squishy Bun Rainbow Mystery Squishy “Dumpling” (Simmering Starlight Chase Version) Blind Box. The key part is Blind Box, which means the color received is random and cannot be selected or guaranteed in advance.
These are sealed products, so we have no control over which color is inside each box before it is opened. With blind box items, receiving duplicate colors can happen.
After you contacted us, we still tried to help by offering to exchange one of the duplicate turquoise squishies for a red one as a goodwill solution. Unfortunately, that offer was declined.
We always want our customers to feel supported, but in this case, the order was fulfilled according to the product listing and the blind box nature of the item.
