Despite their order form saying stock items could be sent out separately and me ticking the box to request this, the stock items were sent together with the bespoke jacket so everything took over 3 weeks to arrive. They didn't reply to an email querying this. Also ridiculously expensive.
Had to order from here for daughters college uniform, the clothes took weeks to arrive - the top was too big, asked if I could exchange for a smaller size, just got T&Cs quoted at me and that they cannot help. Considering its a uniform place which is overly priced you would think the college 'stock' uniform could be swapped out!
I ordered dance shorts - uniform item for our dance school.
As always delivery takes ages and it’s well overpriced.
To top it off, I measured my daughter (age11) and ordered the age 12-13 age shorts and they are tiny.
The customer service team just repeated their non-refundable policy and suggested I sell on in our dance school - their policy does not cover seemingly where you have not ordered incorrectly!
Avoid if you can!
Club tracksuit arrived faulty - very poor printing including partly missing wording and was even a missing an arm off a dancer on the logo. All they did when returned was re print over the top of the faulty print so it’s all now misaligned! Refused to accept fault despite photos showing this which I still have (which I will gladly post) given the cost of £125 I am appalled at the quality and the customer service matched - nothing short of disgraceful. Was offered a 10% refund which I rejected and they have not replied since. If another supplier is available use them and avoid at all costs.
My mother has placed an order for my niece for Christmas (2 months ago) and is still waiting. This order is for 1 pair of legging (at £35) so unsure what is taking so long. No pre notice that there was a ridiculous lead time and they are stating courier strikes (that have not happened yet) as part of the reason for the 2 month delay. Please feel free to message me to resolve this issue, by the time my Niece gets them she will need a bigger size!
Items took over a month to arrive. We ordered 1 size up for our daughter but the item that arrived is clearly not a size up as its way to small. Company refused to refund the over priced item. AVOID
