notorious for getting thing wrong
The company is notorious for getting your information wrong. The interface gets your info wrong and then they blame you becaue you could not see what you entered and correct in real time. It's a constant battle to correct their mistakes which delays your case.
They offer a case review email address, which they rarely check and insist on entering your info thru their portal, which is limiting. I had to correct my own address and the address of the defendant, even though they had this info in prior email. They try to upsell you expensive services, which is laughable since they can't get the basics right.
In addition, they recommended the wrong jurisdiction for my case. I had to use Dun & Bradstreet and Mylife.com to find the defendant. I was on my own & you will be too, if you pay them.
