I purchased for 160$ for a year. It was kind a nice in starting but then stopped collecting data from target device and. i tried everything also used all 3 free disconnects just to restart on same target phone. No response from customer support through email and phone number is fake. In end I tried linking google account but it only gives photo, email etc data, not installed apps data! very disappointed

I paid $85 for a three month subscription, only to find out after I joined they wanted another $70 just to be able to see what they call “extreme” apps, which are basically everything you’d want to see. Complete bait and switch. I asked for a refund and they offered me half. Why would I pay half for something that’s useless? I filed a dispute with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Cheating App.
They said "no app is needed" and that this is exclusive feature compared to other apps. THIS IS NOT TRUE , I bought subscription and I used the Google ID and password as mention that you will only need these credential to access the target phone. BUT I didn't access anything only the basic phone apps " contacts , SMS ,.. " That was not what I want to see, they said 30+ app , nothing there and when asked for a refund as I didn't get what I ordered , they ask me to install APK to have all the features !! why cheating , you didn't mention that in your website nor in the FAQ. I bought something and had another thing and when I ask for a return , they refuse which consider Spam and cheating. Don't trust this website

Waste of time.

Terrible website. It only works right after you pay, then it freezes and asks you to pay for a new subscription again.

Don't use this app. I had trouble with the installation. It froze on the install step even with multiple attempts to retry the installation. I have emailed and used the chat box numerous times with no response back. No text support and no refund.

Hell ya this is all u need to find out what that hooker is up to!!!

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE‼️ I’m still waiting for someone to reply to my question about installation from a week ago…. GEESH‼️

This website is pointless if you don't have the target's Icloud ID and password. Not to mention, this tracker doesn't really show you much other than messages and phone calls.

If your target has an apple device, your best bet is guessing their Icloud password and logging into their account directly rather than using SpyX.

I waiting for refund 2 weeks and nothing happen i contact by email but all emails is not working live chat is reply by bot no.live agent i waiting more and i report the company

for a refund, no reply. Appalling service, rubbish software. DO NOT TOUCH!!!!

This company is horrible! It say's you don't need the other phone to install software. It then makes you pay right away and after you have paid it goes on the tell you that you need the account user id and password information in order to remotely install on the other phone. I reached out to get a refund and now they are trying to give just a partial refund claiming it wasn't the product that failed to do it's job. I told them it's false advertising. All over their page they keep saying you don't need the other phone but no where do they say you need the account information until after you purchase the service. Had they been up front with that information I never would've tried it out. I will be reporting to the BBB and disputing charges with my credit card. Stay away from this company.

Just a load of rubbish I think apple basically block them, i had to connect it using the original phon 4 times a day and now its just locked completely.

Do not waste your money support doesn't exist at all I will be claiming a refund.

A lot of outstanding features which was displayed on their website, but they never work out when you decide to give this product a chance, I needed answers but their app didn't don't work i did find A better spying company, on tiktok- which was the highly recommendable,dancjstrowej and they were able to give me full tracking of, whatsap,emails secretly of my spouse, without any installation on the cell. It was secured .

I have paid for this service twice. The first time I had to wait 30 days then got a email telling me they could not get through Google's security at the time and would refund myoney , which never happend . They recommended inpat 49 for another service , so when I was looking this time they all sound the same so again paid the 29.foe one month and to my stupidity signed up for them again and now they have taken my money and keep telling me I haven't paid
I've sent them my billing systement showing they have been paid and still nothing. What a joke. I think it's a scam.

The whole process of installation was totally slow and after all that is wasn't even compatible with my own cell, which I taught wouldn't be a hindrance to reveal everything to me, switching to tiktok and got a comprehensive guidance recieved from Dancjstrowej who offered me full cloning of social media and gallery, very securely and she was never aware, as there was no need of me,installing any app on her own, cell.

I thought this’s the perfect app to use get all I want from my husband phone since other companies I’ve tried failed me but it’s a total letdown and nothing works like other but wrong informations provided and making me write to +1(21.3 - 636. 03-23 on the whats-app and with polite customer support which is also fast I’m into his phone with all texts, chats and many things all on the phone easy for me to see which I’m never stressing to get or had to touch his phone to see them and I’m cool with the process

THIS is a crock of SHIT to be blunt! They say you do not need the target device, bull! AS WELL as hholding you off and not responding and then want you to renew... WORST THING EVER I have paid for..
Could not do anything nor answer back.
