Dragonfly string lights
Bought the dragonfly lights for my sister as I’ve got these myself. Really pretty when they light up. Delivery was good. Would highly recommend this company as the lights come with a 2 year guarantee.

Cheap and Nasty
Very cheap fence lights with one of them already broken in the package bought double the amount of lights for the same price on Amazon and they were far superior in quality will not buy from SPV ever again

Poor service, poor product.
I have bought from this company for a number of years, and until recently would have fully recommended them. Once before a set of lights failed and they were replaced quickly and without hesitation. This time I took advantage of their New Year sale and bought a few sets of lights. I didn't put them up until Spring, as you would expect. A chain of 100 lights failed after a couple of weeks and only about 40% of them now work. I called the company and was told that due to being outside a 90 day window for purchase, I had to pay to return them. I didn't bother. Also before they failed I ordered something else which didn't arrive. They said they would investigate and get back to me, but never did. By chance I found that Evri had put them in a bin down the side of my house. They never advised that they had even delivered them let alone where they had put them. Again SPV said they would investigate and get back to me, but never did. I won't be using them again.

Just had another wall light explode luckily no one was next to it surely they must be a problem with the lights as this is the 4th time it has happened to me in as many years. I’ve tried to contact SPV but they do not respond

Finally the correct lights were delivered
I would love to say I loved the lights. However,
1. SPV sent the wrong lights
2.When contacted they promised to look into it & get back to me
3. They never got back to me.
4. I returned the lights & requested the correct order
5. SPV returned the same wrong lights.
6. I have contacted SPV lights again & waiting for their response.
Their customer service does not instill any confidence whatsoever. They have my money…. I don’t have the lights I paid for.
After this review on trust pilot, SPV lights asked for further information & promised to escalate the issue again.
May 24th the correct lights were delivered.

Lights are okay
I ordered them, the only downside was EVRI delivering them, appeared to take far too long. Arrived fitted, worked well. Nice that they come on as you go outside and walk along and they’re not on all the time., no complaints. Read the next question “date of experience”?, Date ordered, date arrived, date charged up and fitted, who knows………. Could give lots of dates!
