I would've given you five stars if you hadn't fleeced me $500-ish. Excellent trustworthy work & customer service but they performed $1288.56 of work, including labor, then charged me $1728.00. He even verbally told me it would be about $1,200 because $1728 is the price for the full 100k maintenance but I'd already had part of it (belts & pulleys) completed at a previous service a few months ago, so we discussed that, they inspected it, and they agreed they'd deduct the belts & pulleys from the service because I already have new belts & pulleys. So $1,200 worth of service instead of the full $1728.

A few hours after the front desk customer service liasion man verbally quoted me $1200-ish, the work was finally done, and then at the Point Of Service the screen showed $1728. "Hm that's weird," I thought, "That looks a lot like their full standard 100k maintenance price." But by then I was exhausted after waiting in the shop 5 hours, I just wanted to get my vehicle back & get out of there so I said "That's fine, Whatever," and tapped my card for $1728. Not thinking clearly & didn't have any energy left to sit down and do the math and ask the service liasion man why the POS screen showed $500+ more than we'd agreed on.

But now here's the math: $192 water pump +$4.47 water pump gasket + $119.09 Drive belt tensioner + $6 Distillate Water + $139 Fan Bearing Bracket + $48 Mercedes Antifreeze (because it costs $40/unit and they used 1.2 units) +$780 labor = $1288.56

I'd hoped they were ethical as well as excellent skilled knowledgeable mechanics but I caught them fleecing me a bit too late. Shameful to fleece customers at their most vulnerable moments. I WILL continue to patronize their shops because they're still better than the Office Mercedes Service Shops (who REALLY fleece customers AND the OMS break things they think you won't notice, BUT I DID NOTICE and will never go back to Los Angeles OMS). The only time I go to OMS are when I need obscure parts & service that no one else can provide. A few months ago I went to Los Angeles Official Mercedes Service only because it's near my place of work but after they serviced my vehicle and I saw what they did (they didn't do all the work I asked them to, and they broke my air conditioner), I will never go back to Los Angeles Official Mercedes Service. But I'm sorry this is not a review about Mercedes mechanic shop, I'm just telling you why I don't go there anymore. I go to THIS place Sprinter Service Repair Redlands Los Angeles Vista San Diego because they provide better service & education than Official Mercedes Shop.

From now on when I come here for vehicle maintenance only hope my mind & energy aren't depleted at the end of the day to think clearly & write it all out & do the math. Because it took me a few days to write it all out then a couple more weeks after that to finally write this review especially because they will send you repeated emails and texts nagging you to leave a review. So here it is. I would've give you five stars if you hadn't fleeced me $500-ish. Most customers don't have weeks to think it all over before tapping our credit card to get our vehicle back.

Great shop. Fair prices.

Your one stop shop for all Sprinter repair and services. Prices way better then the dealership, knowledgeable, experts in what they do. They are honest provide you with detail break down of what needs to be done in images and are up front with the cost before work is done.

SS&R was amazing! While traveling around the country in my Sprinter camper I needed a cv boot replaced. Being from Vermont it was hard to find a reputable place to have work done quickly. They did the work in one day, along with new ball joints, staying late to get me out of there so I could stay in my van. They also examined the van for other potential issues and found several things that I suspected needed replacing. I came back the next day and they did the additional work, staying late a second night in row. I was also looking for me wheels and tires and they had the wheels I was looking for in stock. The work was very professional and was explained clearly. They gave a quote for me to approve on all the work done and there was no pressure.
Filipp and Alex did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I'm not sure if I'll go there again because I live 3000 miles away but if they ever open up a shop in Vermont they'll be my #1 choice!

I brought my Sprinter van in for repairs and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was professional, communicative and clearly experienced with Sprinters. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price, with no unnecessary upselling. Ill definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

First time customer here, I was very impressed with the honesty and clear system they use to address issues with my Sprinter Van. The team was professional and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

Service appointments readily available. Appointment system was easy to navigate. Pricing is fair. Overall a good experience. This was our second visit.
