We couldn’t be happier with Springvale: from the moment we entered the showroom till the delivery of our leather sofa, chair and box, the service has been outstanding. Sarah helped us with measurements, suggestions and tips, she even gave us a tour of the factory! Communication through the process has been outstanding and of course the final product is absolutely fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Springvale for leather forniture.

From initial visit to showroom to delivery it was a pleasure to deal with this family run business. One week after delivery we are still thrilled with our bespoke furniture. We would be happy to recommend this company.

We have purchased two beautiful 2 seater settees from Springvale Leather. The settees are reversible, and the leather and fabric both feel gorgeous.
The furniture oozes quality and comfort.
We decided, after delivery, that we wanted to make a couple of alterations to our original choices. These were completed with no fuss. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble, and the after- sales service has been superb.

An excellent company to deal with both service products and delivery . Very helpful, informative not pushy sales assistant .So impressed we could have a bespoke product made to suit us exactly sofas made higher and seats more depth as we are tall .Asked us back to look at sofas to adjust them to what we wanted before delivery . Such good quality .

Thank you to all the people at Springdale leather for my new settee and chair and slipper box. They accommodated our special requests and we are really pleased with it. The samples we were given to take home made it really easy to choose the right colour and it’s perfect.

We purchased furniture from Springvale over 17 years ago and it still looks fantastic. We had cream leather which has been subjected to kids and grandchildren so well used. Recently we arranged with Springvale to collect both settees and all the cushion. The framework was stripped down and checked and all the cushions were re-filled. When they delivered them back they were just like new. So Springvale furniture is not just for Christmas its for life. Can not recommend they highly enough. Along with the settees we bought Springvale made us bespoke stools with storage space. Wonderful company to deal with and fabulous quality furniture.

Service at Springvale Leather Furniture is excellent; very personal and helpful. The choice of different sizes and styles, together with many different types of leather (not to mention different colours!) was quite extensive.

From walking through the door, we were made to feel that we were the only customer in the whole world. Excellent communication skills, from the whole team. We decided after the settees had been delivered, that we could do with a little extra height. Not a problem, extra large feet were sourced and sprayed In our colour. All at no extra charge. Springvale made us exactly what we wanted, even when that was mostly one sofa with the arms from a different model! They are comfy, look perfect and handmade by a local company. They arrived exactly when agreed. I can’t recommend them strongly enough. Great customer service, beautiful furniture!

We wanted a suite that was made to our specifications and called in to your showroom where we were met by a lovely lady called Sarah. We had a look around the showroom and were very impressed with the quality of the furniture on display.
After much discussion with Sarah we decided on the suite that we wanted and placed our order.
Sarah kept us updated throughout the whole process.
The suite arrived last weekend and we are absolutely delighted with it. Delivery was made within the timescale given, and it was unwrapped and all the packaging taken.

Visited the Springvale show room to view furniture was met by a very friendly and professional person who left us to view until we needed help and then could not do enough to ensure we ordered just what we needed. From then on in up to and including delivery the hole team could not of been more professional and the product matched this with its quality and finish. What a great team and product.

Recently redecorated our living room and decided we needed an extra special sofa to go in it. We visited all the high street furniture retailers and found nothing we liked and lots of pushy salespeople. We decided to visit Springvale Leather and we are delighted that we did. We happened by chance to find out about Springvale Leather sofas. So glad we did. There’s a super showroom with excellent help and information about variety of styles, types of leathers, fabrics, care for them etc. We were given the opportunity to visit the factory next door to see where the sofas would be made.
Without any pressure, we chose the leather and shade after taking samples home. We chose the tension and softness of the cushioning as well as the style of feet. We had two sofas, and two chairs made. We know who the Cutter, Sewer, Upholsterer, and Finisher are. We even know in which village the feet were made.
This was 15/08/14 and the products still look amazing, cushioning plump etc. In fact every time we see a high street sofa advert we always say we were glad to find out about Springvale.

Fantastic friendly service with no pressure as others have mentioned also plenty advice on design, colour, what foam filling to opt for etc. The finished product is a little more expensive but Great British quality all round, made by local craftsmen.

We absolutely love our new corner suite would definitely go back again but probably wont need to for another 20 years!!

There was no pressure to purchase. The focus was to find me exactly what I wanted. Everyone had a wealth of knowledge about their products and I was given time to consider all options. I was delighted with my sofa and chair. They have been admired by others. I wish I'd visited Springvale Leather sooner.
