This is 2nd time dealing with Haden after 1st buyer pulled out last minute. We were potentially going to lose out on a property we had put an offer in on, luckily Haden was in the case and within 10 days we had 3 viewings and an offer. A stress-free experience

Not what they claim to be
Their website claims "they buy any house, anywhere". But not mine apparently as it's "in the middle of nowhere". Actually 20 minutes outside a major northern city. Then a sudden change of gear - the location seemingly would not deter their thousands of "investors" who, unlike Springbok, would be delighted to buy my house.
I'd love to know just how many properties they do actually buy themselves. It seems like a lure to get you in so they can persuade you to have them act as a selling agent. Many others here on Trustpilot have warned about their dodgy contracts, fortunately I didn't proceed with the offer to take them on as online estate agents.
