Great products and communication
I ordered lots of craft sand and although some was delayed, the communication was great. They emailed to see if I wanted it sent in two deliveries or wait until they had it all and send it together. Very pleased, will be ordering again.

The item I ordered was not as described, but was an item directly from the distributor, so it was not the company's fault. They promptly worked with the distributor to get the item picked up for return and have a new one sent out. When I got the new one, it was the exact same one which was not a described. Customer service promptly apologized, arranged another collection for return, and refunded me. Though I would have preferred for nothing to have gone wrong, they handled the issues very well and never made me feel at fault. 1 star for the distributor, but 5 stars for the customer care here. Thanks for helping me resolve the issue!

Outstanding service
Outstanding service from Suzanne when we were in a tight corner in the run up to Christmas. She placed an order for us for a Winther tricycle for our grandson, checked on progress with the supplier and courier and kept us informed. It’s rare to encounter such a personal and helpful approach these days.

The colour does not match the photos at…
The colour does not match the photos at all. In the pictures it appears to be a warm chocolate brown, however in real life it looks greyish and very cool-toned. It looks nothing like the image shown, which caught me completely off guard.
I also paid £6.99 for next-day delivery, yet the order arrived two days later and wasn’t even dispatched on time. This was extremely disappointing.
On top of that, the wrapping paper cost £2.99, meaning I spent around £11 in total only for the order to arrive late. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and shows a lack of reliability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from this store again.

We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t match expectations, especially when colour is important. Product photography can sometimes appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting, but your comments have been shared with our team to review the images and improve accuracy where possible.
Regarding the delivery, we’ve checked the tracking and can confirm the order was placed on the evening of 14th December, dispatched on 15th, and delivered on 16th via a next-day service with DPD. We’re sorry if this timing still caused confusion and appreciate how important timely delivery is, especially at this time of year.
