Don't buy from them!

The website looks great; but once you place your expensive order, you will start to see the cracks. I am waiting more than 10 days on my shipment... according to the website, it was sent... but the tracking link from Austria (?) indicates everything regarding the delivery is unknown. No help or information is available on the Spreadshirt website.

It is impossible to get support from Spreadshirt, because the contact form on their website just doesn't work (you get a "page not found"). You can try to send them an email or call them (I only found numbers to germany or uk), but you will not get any response their either.

It is impossible to ask the postal service about your delivery, because you don't have enough information to do so. The only thing you get is a tracking ID (LJ071872045AT) and everything about the delivery is unknown...

Order never arrived and nobody responded during Christmas. Eventually they sent another one.

There was a problem with the arrival time; however, it was resolved very quickly by the company.

I ordered a sweater for my son for christmas on the 9th of December and still haven't received anything. Customer service is hard to reach. I've asked for a refund but haven't received any answer.

They respond quickly when you have queqtions.
The final product came fast. It was even better than expected due to the fact it was also cut out according to the picture I chose.
Quality seems good, over time I will see if it stays that way, can't say yet.
Overall, legit, fast, trustworhty.

One of the t-shirts, I ordered was technically difficult. They contacted me and proposed a change in design. The solution they offered was excellent. Everything was delivered on time and the quality is good.

Required a quick solution for a birthday present. Delivery time was set at 3 to 4 days at order fase. Received the package in 2 days. Wanted 1 extra product. Delivered 1 day later. Sublime response time. Very good quality of T shirts. Check the sizes: not every L has the same size, depends on product.

I really love this website!! They have a great selection of funny and cool t shirts, mugs, backpacks. My only regret is that some specific tshirts don t come in more color options. I really wanted them in pale pink or lilac, but unfortunately, that s not available😩😩

I was initially very satisfied with the customer service at Spreadshirt – their responses were fast, polite, and they genuinely seemed to want to fix the issues that came up with my order.

Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the overall experience turned out to be frustrating and disappointing.

My original order had to be partially cancelled due to stock and embroidery limitations. I accepted the situation and appreciated the offered coupons as compensation. But then I discovered that only one coupon can be used per order – which made it impossible to reorder at a price even close to what I originally paid.

What was meant to be a goodwill gesture ended up being just another system limitation (or perhaps part of a business model designed to make customers pay more while thinking they're getting a discount). Either way, the final result was: more cost, less value. I was left with unusable coupons and no proper resolution.

It’s a shame – the customer support team tried, but the systemic flaws in how Spreadshirt operates made their efforts meaningless. I expected better from a company of this size.

Our communication is still ongoing, but my frustration has grown to the point that I felt compelled to write this review before things got even worse.

Then came the final straw.

I’ve now received the only item that wasn’t cancelled – and sadly, it arrived completely wrong. Despite clear visual previews and multiple written confirmations, the embroidery that was supposed to be in the top-right corner of the back ended up placed near the bottom, totally ruining the intended design.

This is now the third major issue with just one single order.

I’m done. All the communication, effort, and cooperation on my part were simply ignored. At this point, I no longer trust this business. What started as a smooth and professional experience collapsed into carelessness and wasted time.

Even worse, Spreadshirt operates multiple profiles on Trustpilot (e.g. spreadshirt.nl, spreadshirt.net, etc...) – and on one of them, I already received a polite but frankly detached response from an employee named Nina. She reiterated that only one discount can be used per order and framed this as a standard across the industry, trying to justify the experience as a reasonable limitation.

But let me be clear – this wasn't about using 5 discounts to get things for free. It was about not being forced to pay significantly more for the same items just because the original order was cancelled on their side. This wasn't about loopholes. It was about fairness. And this was not it.

A company that can’t follow its own confirmations, and then hides behind vague policies or copy-paste excuses, is not one I can recommend anymore.

And to the next Spreadshirt employee reading this:
I’m curious – what will the excuse be this time?
Was the team leader off sick that day?
Did no one review the final embroidery before shipping?

Or is this just “another rare case” like all the others?
Frankly, nothing would surprise me at this point.

I've used this service many times, both as a private service (for making t-shirt and hoodies as gifts for my friends) and as professional service, selling t-shirts and hoodies for my business. Great service, good quality product, no complaints!

My package got lost in the mail or the neighborhood but after sending a message, I received a very quick answer and solitions to pick from. I will definitely order again.

I ordered a T-shirt as a gift a week before Christmas.
The delivery was scheduled for 21.12.2024.
Today is 31.12.2024, and no one knows where my T-shirt is. The company advised me to check with my neighbors and local post offices, and that was the end of our communication.

I strongly do not recommend. In Poland, we are used to different standards of service."

Zamówiłem koszulkę na prezent tydzień przed świętami Bożego Narodzenia.
Dostawa była zaplanowana na 21.12.2024.
Dzisiaj jest 31.12.2024, nikt nie wie gdzie jest moja koszulka. Firma poradziła mi szukać po sąsiadach i placówkach pocztowych i na tym kontakt się urwał.

Serdecznie nie polecam. W Polsce przywykliśmy do innych standardów obslugi

Product is top! Service is top!

Till this moment all orders look good... we will see what it gives after a few washes. In an previous order the printing with a white underlay under the colourprint were poor, and washed away...

Always good service and fast delivery.
