I am finally out of the absolute darkest financial hole of my entire life. I connected with a profile on Instagram claiming to run a high-yield algorithmic trading network. They completely disarmed my suspicion by fronting me the initial crypto assets to test their proprietary trading bot, even letting me withdraw my first profits. Once they proved the system worked, the psychological pressure to invest real capital began. I emptied my savings and signed up for predatory loans, watching the fake figures climb into the millions. When I initiated the withdrawal request, customer service completely turned on me. They claimed my account was flagged and required an astronomical tax payment upfront. I stupidly paid it, only to be hit with another arbitrary regulatory fine. I stared at the screen realizing I had been completely ruined by a highly coordinated network. Desperate for answers, I reached out to a cybercrime advocacy group, who immediately recommended (BramseyAdvisor LLC). By reconstructing the entire transactional history on-chain, they pinned down the physical infrastructure the scammers were using. Law enforcement closed in, arrests were made, and every single coin was successfully re-routed back to me.

I like the Ctrader software they make but after the last update i have 5 order panels that wont make trades. Never mind the rest.

Why are you guys not doing more testing before releases?

1)support on their website is just for brokers and banks
2) the webstie links you to whatsapp who links you to email which links you to .....f.u.c.k o.f.f..... that give very bad support
the optimisation in the platform give results after 20 years if at all what makes trading with their platform very bad
3)other suppliers that linked to their platform exploiting this corupt company situation and ask expenssive "solutions" for their stupid platform
4) etc.... etc.... etc.....

MILLIONS HAVE BEEN LOST THROUGH CTRADER
These guys created a copy trading platform called "cTrader".
What they are doing is luring in people to copy traders on their platform and have partnered with multiple regulated brokers such as "IC Markets" and Pepperstone.
The thing is, these brokers know what is happening on cTrader but are turning a blind eye.
There is ZERO oversight on these cTrader 'traders' that people can copy with disastrous results, and both the brokers and Spotware are wilfully allowing people to copy Martingale/Grid traders who inevitably blow their accounts resulting in millions of £ of losses and therefore profit for brokers and Spotware.
...Literally in the millions. I spoke to one guy on telegram who got stung for about 40K.
I am trying to find other cTrader victims to see if there is possibly any kind of a legal group action that could be launched. If you have been a victim of their copy trading platform, join my Telegram group "CopyTradingLegal" and there may be some hope of recovering your losses if we can amass enough people for the legal action.
Like I say, they know exactly what is happening and do NOTHING to mitigate it resulting in big losses for inexperienced copiers. I am also about to contact regulators (UK FCA etc.)

goods not recived, ordered 17th Sept 22 its now 21st Dec. Emailed numerous times asking for a refund and get told its been dispatched. Do not use these people, didnt mean to give 1 star should be -10 stars

Spotware really goes above and beyond to accommodate customers.

We have worked with Spotware for a few years now and they have never let us down. Their support staff is incredibly helpful and reply any cases within minutes.

Of course, it is great that the company Spotware has developed such a unique trading platform, which allows you to trade bypassing the broker. The cTrader platform has many good points, such as the fast execution of orders, with a position opening in one millisecond. Several orders are processed at the same time, so you do not miss the right moment to enter the market and slippage is at a minimum.
cTrader has a market depth analysis tool (Depth of Market). It allows you to see all of the volume of current prices in the market and then trades are executed at the best prices. The platform has many technical analysis tools and indicators, and you can create your own indicators and combine them in your trading. The cTrader is also suitable to work with trading robots, and you can create your own electronic assistants.
