How quick spot on is to process the claims, especially during such difficult times in dealing with my dog health. Really 5 service, fast response and communication. My only gripe is the fact that we have to pay the vet first and then we claim from spot which can be an issue for those needing bigger funds for operations and test.

At the very end of my 1st year of being insured with Spot On my poor boy Bobby died suddenly from bone cancer. Spot On made the claim very easy, a quick on-line form then they send it to the vets. A couple of questions were e-mailed to me and then the claim was settled and paid and the renewal was automatically cancelled. It felt like there was a well thought out process in place to deal with this outcome, which I appreciated.
