No description of lights during charging process. I initially had issues syncing the cover with the find my app and thought maybe it wasn’t charged enough. Chat session with representative answered questions.

Amazing customer service
I placed an order but realized I forgot to include the additional discount code. Customer service (Carol) responded quickly and refunded me the 10% (every bit of savings helps these days). Carol was very professional, friendly and efficient! Looking forward to using the cards on our next trip. These cards would’ve been perfect 25 yrs ago when I was a student and my bag was placed on the wrong tour bus. So many phone calls made to track down the bus and chase it across London and back in time to make it for a flight! What an adventure!

I bought 5 Spotminder cards and this…
I bought 5 Spotminder cards and this charger came with them. There's no set-up, just plug it in. It charges very well, and does work with my iPhone, though I haven't used it to fully charge my phone yet so I don't know how long that would take. It would be super easy to keep bedside to charge a phone overnight.

Recently, I ordered tracking cards pro for my wife and me. I did receive the order with a free charger in a timely manner. However, the order was fufilled with Valentine offer which did not include pro version. I contacted them, and one representative Carol took responsibility to correct the stituation. It works….if does what it says….now I’m not at all tech savy…and I did reach out for help and I got lots of help..Marla was so patient and wrote a step by step process and I got it..(I think my old phone maybe had a hicup ) tried the second card bingo worked perfectly first time …so if you have read this far..just buy one or two you won’t regret it. And yes you can hear it in your luggage I’ve just tested it .
