I wish I could leave zero stars

I wish I could leave zero stars. Their website lists that they’re located in Delaware, but the product I received came directly from China. My product was wrong and actually unsafe, so I attempted a return, but the address they wanted me to ship it to was for a closed shipping company in New Jersey. Each time I attempt to contact them via email they open a ticket and immediately close the ticket after I receive an unhelpful response. This has been going on for a couple of months now and they’re now not responding to any messages. No resolution, no refund, just a crappy product (to put it nicely) and experience. Avoid this website/“company” at all costs
