0 stars if I could. I bought an ex demo treadmill which turned up with holes in the box and where they had not put the screws and fittings in a bag some had got lost through these holes. I have emailed multiple times as there is no phone numbers and no answers so I have a £320 pile of useless metal sat in my house I can't use. Stay away at all costs!!!!!! It was an expensive lesson for me

I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I spent €70 on the step machine from Sports Tech. All was going well until I started noticing a funny ‘oily’ smell. Thought not much of it and the next time I used it, the resistance had gone. Turned it over and found it had been leaking oil, ruining my carpet. As there is no customer number to contact, I have since filled out the contact form twice. It’s been about a month and still haven’t heard anything. I now have a broken product, leaking oil (still!!) and no idea if I should throw it out. I’ve started a claims process through PayPal and hoping I get compensated, especially as my carpet is ruined despite many attempts to clean out the grease 😢. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a fraud and as such should be reported to appropriate agencies. All my experience is already described in the reviews below so no point in repeating. They only got in touch when I involved PayPal resolution centre to assist and get my money back. I didn't think I would ever see the treadmill or the money anymore.

If I could leave the 0 stars I would. Delivery date kept changing, then they hadnt even sent the item out to me when they said they had and the item took AGES to arrive. I had to help the delivery man take the F37 treadmill off the lorry as he was on his own and it weighs about 80kg.
I paid nearly £1000 for the item, when I opened it, it looked cheap and flimsy. I put the machine together and started to use it. The speakers didnt work, the phone port didnt work. The power supply was no English so i had to buy an adapter. After less than 3 months the treadmill stopped working. I called them and when I finally managed to get hold of someone they said this is a know problem with this product. I asked for a refund or a mechanic to come and fix it. They said they would send me a part and I had to do the repair work. after arguing with a clueless man who's English was not great, I had to settle for the part being sent to me with a video on how to fit it being emailed after. The package has arrived today a week later, and it is two lock nuts for weights bar! TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE!

I have purchased a POWER-TOWER PT300 and it has cost me 200 pounds. After months and months waiting, I finally got the parcel and I opened it, it was a rubber band in the box. I can buy this sort of rubber band for 3 to 5 pounds, but just got ripped off for 200 pounds !!!!!!

Ordered a pt300 tower in July. Delivery was scheduled at end of September. Now well into November and nothing. 17 unanswered emails and contact form enquiries. Finally asked barclaycard to implement a charge back even though s75 rights don’t exist given payment by PayPal - curiously doesn’t show on my PayPal account (and PayPal have now made it impossible to contact them). Within a day of chargeback request had an email from the company saying they had now dispatched the goods from Germany via dpd and they should arrive in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks from Germany? I could walk here quicker. They said I should be patient! Dpd say they have not been instructed to collect the tower. I told sportstech to cancel and have heard nothing. The company is clearly raking in cash with fraudulent delivery dates and then subcontracting to low quality factories in China so using our cash to fund their working capital at no doubt ridiculous margins. If one of these items ever did get delivered, good luck dealing with a problem. Utterly disgraceful. These people are CROOKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They are "cheap" for a reason
Don't be fooled about the low price, the quality is low too, and the customer service is non-existent.
My f37 treadmill finally arrived. The delivery experience was terrible, as the company kept shifting the delivery date, and when they finally showed up, I had to help unloading the truck. Lifting an 80 kg treadmill from one meter high is not an easy thing, luckily I was at home and not, let's say, my wife alone.
As I assembled the treadmill, I noticed that it's rusty on the base due to paint missing, certainly not a condition I expected from such a high value item.
They are virtually unreachable. I tried to send them email and contact them on their website, but never got any response.
When I left the above review, I suddenly received an email answer from a representative. They have offered me a partial refund for the inconveniences, which I accepted due to the rusty treadmill. The treadmill, otherwise, can be used as intended.
3 weeks after the offer I got the partial refund. The treadmill is still working, but I am worried because it has been really difficult to access anyone from this company. I would like to believe this is due to the COVID-19 situation.
Please avoid. Fraudulent and no decency!
Same as all other customers review here and wish I had read about these. Bought a dumbbell sets from their website. The set is quite expensive therefore expected good quality set. Items received are clearly faulty. They are very poorly built. The whole set cannot be securely held together, and the paint on the weight plates started falling off on Day 2. I have sent numerous emails and separate messages through "contact us" on their website. None of which have been acknowledged or replied to. There is no UK number to call and can never get through the German number listed on their website. Appalling customer service this is.
Also it appears that they carefully selected reviews on their website to only show five star ones. My advice is avoid buying anything from them. This is clearly fraudulent behavior and no decency.
Please avoid this company.
I purchased a cross trainer that does not work
I purchased a cross trainer which I am unable to use as the bolts provided will not feed into the pedals. They cross thread as soon as you begin turning them. Poorly built and clearly faulty. I have sent 8 emails and 7 separate messages through "contact us", None of which have been acknowledged or replied too. Atrocious customer service.....They have none it would seem....Very poorly built machine. I too fell for what appears to be their carefully selected reviews on their website. My advice is avoid buying anything from them. No UK number to call, product made in China it would appear, business based in Germany with no UK outlet.
Let down by NO customer service
I bought my machine during lockdown and was very please to receive it. Well built, good instructions and it works well (all most). However, as is the experience with others I tried to communicate with the importer/supplier to report no UK plug supplied (I've now bought my own), plastic cover damage (I live with cosmetic damage) and operationally my Android mobile (a current model) does not Bluetooth connect so the app is useless. I tried reporting these matters via emails to the UK email address, emailing the German office and their Facebook page and NO response at all received. Interestingly, I've posted a review on their website which doesn't display and so far no reviews posted there by anyone have anything other 4 or 5 stars, so that's mine filtered out, which is a good ploy if that's how you go to market. I would never recommend buying from this organisation. Is this a Trading Standards matter, I don't know, but if the machine fails in the first 12 months that may be my only route.
Let down by poor Customer Services
Having read other reviews I sadly have to agree that Sports-Tech Customer Services Department is very inefficient. I purchased a F10 Treadmill. Although delivery was prompt the box was badly damaged. The DPD driver was apologetic and said I could refuse the item but I assumed that if I opened the box and found the item damaged I could return it. Consumer Rights? Anyway, the treadmill works but has scuff marks on it (which were covered in plastic, so presumably done at factory?) and one of the arms has a puncture mark, presumably caused by damaged packaging. Wrote to Sports-Tech on 17th Oct. Nothing. Wrote again 20th Oct. Still nothing. To date no-one from the company has contacted me. The item, although looking 2nd hand, performs OK, but the Customer Services Department does not!

I ordered the SX500 indoor bike and when it arrived at my house in UK it was damaged. I actually witnessed the transport company drop the bike off his lorry onto the road as it was heavy. This damaged the bike. And I took pictures of the damage and emailed Sports Tech many times. I have not yet received any replies or responses. It’s really annoying - they have not at least acknowledged my query. This is totally unacceptable. I have paid £789 for this bike. And I expect this to be in working order and not damaged on delivery. Furthermore this is very misleading - the company promotes the name Sports Tech UK but it does not have any offices/branches or even any representatives in UK that I can call or speak to. It is all Berlin based. That’s not useful. Why mention UK name and falsely claim you are UK based when in fact you are not. 😡😡😡😡😡. I am not happy at all.

Would give less than one star if I could. Bought their stepper last week and hydraulic fluid is literally dripping out all over the floor. Sent several message but they are not replying. Feel like I have been scammed, what a waste of money and damage to the flooring. In their leaflet it warns of drips but (I) Hydraulic fluid needs to be under pressure to work, they must be using the wrong gaskets/seals (ii) there is a difference between drips and pouring out.
I wish I had checked their star rating before buying, I have never seen such a low score before.

Spent £390 on a home multi-gym. It never arrived. Apparently they didn't have the correct shipping address although it was clearly stated and correct.
I have emailed customer services 5 time and no response. 5 months of waiting. Scam. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I'd read before.. I have ordered a treadmill. Had no communication, despite chasing several times. I have just cancelled the order with 14 days (as per statutory rights).
Be aware that this company forces you to use PayPal, thus cancelling your section 75 credit card rights.

Same as most other reviewers. Wrong plug was sent with my FX300 Treadmill. I was also overcharged 100GBP but they have not responded to my requests for a credit. Customer Service is non-existent. I hope the treadmill doesn't get any mechanical problems because I fear they would never get fixed. I wish I had done a search on SportTech before my purchase and found TrustPilot. SportTech of course only publish the good reviews on their website. I recommend looking elsewhere.
A bunch of crooks!
I ordered an indoor bike SX600 on May 25 and delivery was scheduled for early July. Then I received a notification that delivery would be late July. Upon request, they told me the package left their warehouse on July 27 and they gave me a tracking link. As tracking information was never available, I sent multiple emails and their response was always the same i.e. the shipping company will contact you shortly. Late August, I managed to contact their shipping company (Rieck) and was told the goods had never been delivered. We managed to make contact with their Customer Service team but these guys are helpless and clueless. Mid-September, they told us that a new bike had been shipped but impossible to get confirmation... I will go to the police tomorrow and file a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY;

Customer service is a disgrace as they simply do not answer emails (16/08/2020, 01/09/2020, 11/09/2020 and one today). I will dispute the transaction with my credit card company which is the last resort but this is such a waste of time...
Had some problems but all solved
I had purchased 2 items, one delivered immediately, the other item hadn't. I had some communication problems to reach out the company. But at the end, after 3 weeks I had the second item with appologies and a full refund. Appology accepted. Probably all because of covid and related problems. By the way, the product quality is good. value for money is great.
