Nobody ever answers the phone except a third party answering service. Their”office” is inside a building with an immediate care where I had to wait in line and then they told me “oh yeah, go thru that door and wait.” They don’t have a receptionist to greet you or acknowledge your presence. They share a waiting area with a drug-testing firm so there is all sorts of disreputable people sitting there. It was just very weird and unprofessional.
