Very slow and difficult reimbursement.
I order a pair of snikers the 22 of June.
The 23rd they canceled the order stating there was a problem with the stock and they did not have the shoes available. They promised to reimburse me the 152,90€.
As of the 6 of July i still have no money back and start to be very worried. I get no answers to my information emails.
Finally, after posting here and a claim with PayPal i got reimbursed. All is well but why such a long time after the cancelation from them ? I could do without such stress.
