I would like leave a 1/2 start but, I don’t have the option. Worse service ever all they do is waste your time. They never answer the phone , won’t return your calls . And give you false appointments
Not a place I would ever recommend
I have 2 credit accounts with JCP...had them for years. Suddenly, I can't get on the website. I keep getting access denied. After trying several different "guidelines" on the internet to try to fix it, I finally called. The customer service rep was clearly not listening. He kept telling me I had to enter my ID and password and I kept saying "I can't get on the website!" Then he send he would send me a link on my phone and I should use that. I didn't think that would solve the problem (and it didn't) but I asked if I was going to have to use this link every time I wanted to visit their site. He didn't answer. Just just kept saying "try the link". I still can't get to the website. I love JCP and any time I need something, I try there first trying to get away from Amazon but I no longer have that option.
