No response to any communication

Still waiting to receive my order placed on 30 March.
Still waiting on a response to the email I sent on 17 April seeking update on status of my order and seeking tracking information.
Phone number on website rings out. 🤷‍♀️
I’ll be following up more formally as soon as I work out where to lodge my complaint so it’s received.

Dishonest

Sold products that weren't in stock and were very liberal with the truth about the status. When the order still hadn't shipped, I called on a Thursday to follow up, and was told the order had been processed the day before and would be shipped out the next day, all the while knowing the product was literally not there. Followed up the following Tuesday to discover they still didn't have any stock. Demanded an immediate refund.

Highly recommend!

Received my thumb brace almost instantaneously and I'm very happy with the product! Excellent service and communication from these guys.

Terrible customer service, refusal to refund unopened order, over a week for delivery.

Ordered a Camm Boot for my daughter after I read reviews saying it was fast shipping, they had a promotion on saying free shipping for the long weekend, I assumed it would take 2-3 days being that its within my city. I followed up three days later via email asking if my order had been shipped and got no response. My husband then called and spoke to the female owner who said it wouldnt be delivered for another few days (still no shipping information received so they had not even processed the order).
5 days after ordering I could no longer wait due to their product being for injuries and went and bought what I needed locally, contacted them regarding returning the item (still in the box unopened) due to my inability to wait any longer and they refuse to return or refund.

Owner (male) was very rude and not at all helpful. The female owner was helpful towards my husband but only after several attempts to contact. Any kind of conflict she just deflects to her very rude husband.

Their store is about 45 mins drive from my house, I have NEVER had a response via email, and they clearly do not check received orders or ship within a reasonable time, and will not refund.

For a company selling a product thats primarily for injuries, you would think they would understand the need to operate in a timely manner.
