Ordered x2 sports bras from the sale on 18th March. Money taken, with update on 21st to say order processing, then today 23rd March, I get an apology, the bras are out of stock. Not a great experience. Requested they refund. Hopefully I've not been conned. Will not shop with this company again and will re-advise the friend I had previously recommended this site to.

I would like to thank the company for my order, came dead on time . wrapped well and secure. I am very pleased with the de;livery service, they said deliver 48 hours came in 24 hours, and instant communications... cant fault them! Will have no problems using SportsBraBar again.

Ordered 3 bras from Sports Bra Bar after finding them offering competitive prices, and although the reviews about refunding weren't great, I went ahead anyway. My items arrived on time and with no problems. Having returned them all due to problems with the fit, I noted the 30 days refund policy, which I thought was a bit long, but waited anyway. 47 days later and still no refund, I contacted them asking what was going on, and was told that "We had big technical issues with our website leading to an influx of returns/exchanges" and due to the how much time had passed, they were unable to refund me through paypal so I sent my bank details. That was on 10th October. My original order was made on 27th August. Its now the 22nd November and I have no bras and no refund. I'm waiting for more excuses to come through, having been passed on to another customer service rep. Fingers crossed I get my money back before the new year...
Will not be using them again

Delivery time was very quick and goods were packaged well. Down side has been trying to contact customer service regarding return policy. Tried calling the given number many times and was told by an automated message that I am first in queue, which then subsequently went to answer machine message. Left a voicemail with no call back from customer service rep. Have tried emailing, only to find the email address was undeliverable. Finally tried completing out online form with no response from a customer service representative. Service to receive goods was fine, however trying to contact customer service has been a nightmare.

I ordered two bras that never arrived. Had no info on the orders and had to call several times and chase to get my money back. Sorry but would bot buy from sportsbrabar again.

I like the idea that you have a very indept information on choosing the right sports bra. However, I bought from you one sports bra 4-5 months ago and haven't heard from you since then. Perhaps you could consider keeping in touch with your online customers with promotions, offers and anything exciting.
Perhaps you may want to implement Paypal option as one does not always have to sit with their card to input the details everytime.
