I requested a cashout from my account. It was initially approved, then suddenly canceled. Customer support told me they needed time to investigate and went silent for weeks. After that, my account was closed without any notification or explanation.

When I contacted support via live chat, they confirmed my account is "closed and under investigation" but refused to provide any timeframe or reason. I have not violated any rules — this was my first account on this platform.

It has now been over 2 weeks. My funds (5000 usdt+) are frozen, my account is inaccessible, and I receive only generic copy-paste responses with zero substance.

Complete scam. All the 4 & 5 star ratings have come from either the invited people or are from the robots with one or two reviews in total on Trustpilot. I bet with lots of sites and as recent have been spending more time and money on sorts betting.ag. But tonight I placed 2 bets on the same team in a foreign baseball game. My team came back it went to extra innings so I was watching it live thank god. Well my team won in the bottom of the tenth inning and I’m sitting here waiting for my winnings to come through and I’m like ok what’s going on here. I look and the bets are graded as losses. So I contact customer support twice to be told it will be escalated and regraded eventually. They made me feel like the bet being graded wrong and me catching it was my fault and I should a just let em have it.
